Walter Rosio • Visual Caption Head
Walter has been involved in the marching arts since 2005 performing on trumpet and holding multiple leadership positions with community parade groups, competitive marching ensembles, and collegiate athletic bands. Walter has two seasons experience marching with Drum Corps International’s Troopers Drum and Bugle Corps from Casper, Wyoming (2012, 2014). He is a proud alumnus of Weber State Indoor Percussion, marching three seasons as a member of the cymbal line (2013-2015).
Walter’s instructor experience includes serving as a visual caption head for the Davis High School Indoor Drumline (2013-present), the Davis High School Marching Band (2015-present), and the Roy High School Marching Band (2017). Walter has also served as the marching cymbal technician (2016) and visual caption head for Weber State Indoor Percussion (now Gold Spike Percussion) based in Ogden, Utah (2016-present) and The Battalion Drum and Bugle Corps from Salt Lake City, Utah as a visual technician (2017-present).
Walter is a graduate of Weber State University receiving his Bachelors of Science, Dual Major in political science and sociology.
Outside of rehearsal Walter enjoys jazz music, long walks on the beach, Pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain.

Kenzie Jackson • Instructor
McKenzie (Kenzie) Jackson has been a well-rounded musician and participant of the marching arts for nine years. She has been taught by a wide range of educators from across the nation and in a variety of ensembles. These ensembles include the University of Utah Marching Utes (sousaphone), Weber State Indoor Percussion (cymbals), and Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps (baritone).
Her educator career began in 2015 with the Riverton High School Marching Band, where she remains the Visual Caption Head. With her involvement in Riverton High School, she also instructed the RHS Indoor Percussion Ensemble in their inaugural season as the cymbal and visual technician. She continues to teach Gold Spike Indoor Percussion as the cymbal technician, as well as a visual technician. In addition, Kenzie holds her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Utah. She currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah where she teaches 6th grade.
William Land • Instructor
William is a visual educator hailing from Spartanburg South Carolina who recently relocated to Utah. William's marching experience includes Boiling Springs High School (S.C), Tulsa University Marching Band (2013) and Spirit of Atlanta Drum and Bugle Corps (2012, 2014) on baritone and euphonium.
His teaching experience started with his alma mater Boiling Springs High School (2012), Seattle Cascades Drum and Bugle Corps (2015), Music City Drum and Bugle Corps (2016), Riverton High School (present), and East High School (present). William loves spending time with his fiancée Emily and discovering new music and food.
